There are two types of microporous filters, namely microporous precision filters and microporous coarse filters.


1. Micro porous precision filter


The central part of the microporous precision filter is the filter element, which is composed of special materials that are the core components and require special protection.


2. After a period of operation of the microporous precision filter, the filter element will block a certain amount of impurities. At this point, as the pressure drop increases, the flow rate will decrease. It is necessary to promptly remove impurities from the filter and clean the filter components.


When removing impurities, please pay special attention to the precision filter element and do not deform or damage it, otherwise the newly installed filter element will not meet the design requirements after filtration.


4. Some precision filter cartridges cannot be reused, such as bag filters and polypropylene filters.


If the filter element is found to be deformed or damaged, it must be replaced immediately.


2. Coarse filter, microporous filter


The core of a microporous filter is the filter element. The filter element consists of a filter frame and stainless steel wire mesh. Stainless steel wire mesh is a suitable component that requires special protection.


2. After running the filter for a period of time, certain impurities will settle in the filter element. At this point, as the pressure increases, the flow rate will decrease, and impurities in the filter element must be promptly removed.


3. When cleaning impurities, please pay special attention to the stainless steel wire mesh in the filter element not being deformed or damaged. Otherwise, the filter will be installed again. The purity of the filter will not meet the design requirements and will damage the compressor, pump, instrument, and other equipment.


If the stainless steel wire mesh is found to be deformed or damaged, it must be replaced immediately.
