Stainless steel pleated mesh filter cartridge is made of stainless steel fiber sintered felt and stainless steel woven mesh after processing and folding. The main filter layer is stainless steel fiber sintered felt, and the stainless steel fiber sintered felt is a multispace deep filter material made of stainless steel fiber through high temperature sintering. The filter element has the characteristics of high porosity, larger filter area, strong dirt holding capacity, good strength, not easy to fall off, easy to clean,high temperature resistance, and economical use.

It is mainly used for the filtration of high molecular polymers and media such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, water treatment, high temperature gas, liquid, and hydraulic oil. The stainless steel pleated filter element adopts single-layer or multi layer stainless steel woven mesh as the main filter element of the filter material. The conventional process filter layer adopts 3~5 layers of stainless steel mesh for folding processing. By folding, the filter area is increased compared with the conventional powder sintered filter element; the mesh number of the layer filter is controlled to form a gradient pore size, which has the characteristics of no fiber shedding, high porosity,high dirt holding capacity, and high temperature and pressure resistance.
